The game was probably unreleased due to Filmation’s financial/legal troubles from Disney. Disney was suing them claiming that the film the game is based on and their Pinocchio movie(Pinocchio and the Emperor of the Night) violated their copyright. Filmation eventually won as both source materials are public domain, but the cases caused alot of delays and problems for Filmation. The game rom is available online and can be played to completion, and looks pretty much finished from a development standpoint.
