Megalopolice: Tokyo City Battle is a AS-1 ridefilm created by SEGA in 1993. Going by the screenshots below and the few information available, it seems that somehow SEGA planned a 32x game based on the eponymous virtual ride, but the project was probably quickly canceled some time after the announcement like many other games for the ill-fated add-on.
Shadow Squadron, originally called Bullet Fighter, is a Space flight simulator developed by SEGA and released for 32x in 1995. In the screens and in the video below we can see a pre-rendered tech demo of the game.
Demon Dinosaurs, also known as Dino Racer, was a bizarre racing game similar to Outrun in development by Codemasters around 1994 for the Sega Genesis / Mega Drive. Bizarre I said because it was set in prehistorik age and the racers were cave men and dinosaurs. It is unknown why the game was never released.

Fly By Wire was the codename of the helicopter simulation game by Shiny Entertainment that would be released under the name RC Stunt Copter. In the images below you can see an early prototype of the project.
Monster Knight is a cancelled third person action-rpg developed by Insomniac that was supposed to be released for PS2. The game was never officially announced, but its design document, created in 1999 and which contained the concept arts that we can see below, was shown to IGN in august 2012.
From the few info available about it, Monster knight was probably a mix between Zelda and Pokemon: in fact, the player main’s objective was to explore a large world and capture the various creatures that he encountered.
However, in this game monsters could be acquired also by negotiation or after pursuing and catching them, and they were used by the player not as fighters but as equipment or transport. Every creature had a particular class, growth pattern and personality.
